Subway - KINGWOOD

I had a terrible experience at this Subway. The steak had a strange taste, and the girls behind the counter seemed like they might have some issues.

I visited the restaurant with my family, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I called to speak with a staff member named Stephanie, but she was quite rude. When I tried to call her back, she hung up on me. After a while, I tried again, and I mentioned that I would report her for her behavior. I believe she would benefit from some customer service training.

I would give this place zero stars. On April 10, 2022, I ordered my usual spicy Italian sandwich, but something was off this time. After just a few bites, I ended up unable to eat solid food for the next two days. I should have realized the sandwich was poorly made, as the girl who prepared it didn’t seem to do her job right.

Terrible customer service. They locked the doors well before closing time, and left the OPEN sign on. I knocked and waited. When the teenage boy cracked the door he said what happened !!!He hesitated but then made my sandwich, I advised him speaking to customers the way he did is not professional and if you have to close early, shut the open sign off and put a little note on the door
