フィードバックを提供するI recently moved to the area and needed to find a new GP practice. Initially, I was hesitant to register here after reading some negative reviews, but I'm glad I didn't let that deter me. I've used the online system to book and change appointments, and the practice has always responded quickly. Dr. Rayner is wonderful; she never rushes me out of her office, even when I’m feeling overwhelmed and just need someone to talk to. Dr. Dea is also excellent; she conducted a thorough six-week checkup after I recently had my daughter. The reception staff is always friendly and helpful. Honestly, it seems like some people just expect everything for nothing these days.
Extremely rude bordering on aggressive receptionists incompetent and seemingly incapable or worse deliberately unwilling to help you or get you through to a doctor who would immediately realise the severity and act accordingly.
I have no complaints about the quality of care provided by the medical professionals, which I find to be excellent based on my experience. However, I do have an issue with accessing their services, especially during the current crisis. I keep hearing that it's important to support the economy and to attend regular health check-ups, yet I've spent two mornings trying to secure a phone appointment, only to find that I can only call in at 8 AM and have been told that there are only a limited number of appointments available. It's incredibly frustrating.
It’s nearly impossible to get an appointment. I recommend avoiding this establishment.
Had to have argument with receptionist to even get a phone call off a doctor to discuss my mother after having paramedics to her
