フィードバックを提供するI called back because the fries tasted stale. The manager, whose last name is Cooper, was very rude on the phone and told me to come back and get a fresh order at 10:30 PM. I explained that I live over 10 miles away and that I wouldn’t be able to return; I’ll handle it tomorrow instead. Managers need to show more professionalism when dealing with customers.
