Was told they where out of all bread products but they have dough to make pizza ??????? then she goes they don't cook wings 2xs they only cook then once that's the dominos way well when did dominos not start doing customer satisfaction.
First, I want to say that I didn't like Dominos. Really, it was from a pass experience from another county of Dominos. My order was salty, but I can say that my youngest wanted to taste her pizza. Let's say it was GREAT... Even the price was great. I'm going back. My son has food allergies and he wanted to taste it and he was thrilled. But yes, give them an attempt...
I simply requested to substitute the sausage on the pizza with bacon, as my husband found the sausage unappealing. Instead of accommodating my request, she refused to make the change or even charge me for the bacon. In fact, she suggested not making a pizza at all. It's disheartening to be spoken to in such a condescending manner—as if customers are children. Management needs to demonstrate empathy, rather than express frustration over their own mistakes. My husband and I rarely eat out or order pizza, so this experience was especially disappointing. The way I was treated as a customer left a sour impression. From now on, we’ll be choosing Dorgiono instead.
I really enjoy ordering pizza from Domino's. The staff are always courteous and do an excellent job with my orders. My top picks are the handmade pan extravaganza and the Meatzza!! I'm always a satisfied customer! Thank you, Domino's!
