Sonic Drive-in - Kingston Springs

When my order arrived and I went to pay, I was pleasantly surprised to be told that my meal was covered. The server simply said, "Your money isn’t good tonight; thank you for your service. Anyone who likes Billy Joel can't be all bad." It turns out the server paid for my meal out of their own pocket. This is what small-town America is all about—exceptional service. So, please, remember to appreciate these young folks as they take their first steps into adulthood. The fact that they have jobs shows they’re working hard to become responsible members of the community.

I’m giving 5 stars to Kayla. On April 30th, she was incredibly busy but still managed to do her best. She took orders and delivered food and drinks while being polite and apologizing for the wait. It’s not her fault that on a sunny afternoon, everyone wanted Sonic and she had little help. I only ordered a $2 drink, but I gave her $5 because I wished I could do more in that moment. I understand what it’s like to rush around at work while dealing with impatient and rude customers. Kayla, if you read the reviews, know that you’re doing a great job—thank you!
