Starbucks - Kingston

I like it here because the staff of the workers is very friendly, here they feel welcome.

I had a delicious coffee that definitely deserves a perfect 5/5 rating. This place is fantastic for anyone living in Kingston, Larksville, or Edwardsville.

I got an icy venti apple sharp heel milk macchiato with pumpkin cold foam, pumpkin sauce and caramel sauce it is amazing! sirup was not very well mixed, but I know it's hard to mix the syrup in a macchiato. so they take a stray to mix it if not so well mixed. my mother got an icy chai with apple-brown sugar and mandel milk with tasty very good! also got a pumpkin cream cheese muffin that was amazing! she has the kale and mushroom egg bites, but we think there is cheese in it aswell. and we have the bacon egg and gouda sandwich that I always get. Autumn menu is here and it is amazing!

I can't believe they sell you a cup, but when you ask them to pour coffee into it, they refuse to touch it because of COVID. However, they are handling other plastic cups behind the counter with their bare hands. I'm at a loss for words at how ridiculous that is. I can understand if someone brought their own cup to use, but this just doesn't make sense.

I've been a loyal Starbucks customer for years, visiting many locations across different states. However, I've never encountered such rudeness as I did at this particular location. My drink was in unacceptable condition—I referred to it as curdled, while they claimed it was just separated. After my appointment, I returned to address the issue, only to be informed that I should have consumed it within 20 minutes to avoid that problem. What?! I explained that it happened almost immediately, but I had to attend my appointment. The barista was almost yelling at me as she offered to make a new drink. I questioned why I would want another one in the same state. Although she handed me the tea I requested, she slammed it down on the counter and clearly seemed upset. For over $5, I expect better service and drink quality. I will not be returning to the Kingston Starbucks.
