Country Kitchen - Kingston

Have eaten in Country Kitchen for many years. Since Rick has improved the interior, it is a really beautiful place. And the homemade food is even better that it was earlier. Your breakfast omeletts with grains and cookies and Gravy are great. For lunch we had both veggie plates with beets, Slav, Pinto beans (and they know how to cook beans! Potato salad and everything tasted like my mother had cooked it! On Sunday they always have chicken dressing with good choices of vegetables on the side. Your coffee is always fresh and the homemade chocolate cake will melt in the mouth. Some of the cakes do not look home, but everything else does. Your catfish is also great. The ladies are friendly and appreciate their customers. We drive an hour and fifty minutes just to eat there!

Good food here, good breakfast and cheap with enough portions. Wife and I both had the loaded hashbrowns, this is hashbrowns, scrambled eggs, peppers, onions and your choice of meat and cheese...yummm good. Recommended for breakfast

I traveled across the state line just to try her roasted chicken steak, and it was absolutely worth every penny. The dough has a wonderful texture, while the steak is tender and flavorful. I give it two thumbs up!

The best brunch with friends! There was as much food as my mom makes! The tea was also delicious. We have to make this a regular tradition every time we visit our friends' beach house for the weekend!

The food was absolutely delicious! I ordered the loaded hash browns with ham, while my wife had the chicken fried steak, and my son chose the chicken fried chicken. Everything was really tasty. The service was also excellent. We will definitely be returning!
