The Works Craft Burgers Beer - Kingston

Server (sorry I have forgotten young ladies name) was very helpful with recommendations. Food was very good, excellent service.

Amazing experience once again, tonight the owner was my server, he was always looking after us, gave us a free milkshake and anything we needed was always right on time. When he was not helping us he was cleaning tables and always on the go. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was awesome, I would highly recommend this restaurant!

We waited more then an hour to have our order and, when we received it, it was cold! Our food was sitting at the window for over 15 minutes. They do not have enough staff in the floor. Went to Harper's down the road where we always get good warm food.

Today we went to eat at the Works in Kingston. The worst meal ever!!! We drove from Ajax to Kingston taking a student back to Queens. We arrived in Kingston looking forward to a nice meal before our drive back. Went to the Works on Princess St., not busy at all. Seated ordered our coffee. Waited 17 min. Before they took our food order. Sat and chatted waiting for our food. So finally after another 57min. Wait , it finally came to our table. Only 3 of us at the table. Our food was completely COLD. Cheese was congealed on my Chicken breast. The other two had cold burgers. Fries all cold. Onion rings cold and greasy. Worst meal ever !! Waitresses where very kind, but the wait time yo receive cold food was ridiculous. Sent back my food, our Waitress said sorry I have no idea what our kitchen staff is doing. Wait time is way too long but I can only serve what they give me. Not her fault, but the kitchen staff leaves alot to be desired. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Prices crazy and not worth the wait time to receive cold food !! The Works in Pickering is great, but do not eat at the one in Kingston. They where not busy and others around us where also complaining about the wait time. Well live and learn, we will eat at any restaurant in Kingston but NEVER the Works again. I think Ramsey needs to visit this place and straighten out their Kitchen.
