Panera Bread - Kingsport

I usually get the chipotle chicken avocado sandwich. but in the last months it looks nothing like on their website. in sandwich there is very little. it's just broth. I am very disappointed about the way panera went downhill, especially because they are so expensive. jersey mike is now much better than panera

Service was great, personal was friendly. it was very clean and service was fast. just the reason why it didn't get 5 stars was because I felt it was a bit too expensive.

Staff was very nice. I do however recommend that employees understand the difference between basil and parsley as yes , it does change the taste of whatever you're eating... of yall were out , you could have told me instead of hoping I'm stupid ? anyway, the staff was indeed super nice.

Food was good. Service average. A small bowl of chicken soup (I can't even visualize how small a cup of soup would be), two small pieces of baguette and a lemonade was nearly $15. That's ridiculous. Won't be going back there any time soon.

This place used to be my go to. The food was always very good and worth the money you paid for it. The past few times I’ve been there I’ve instantly regretted it. The food is slapped together and taste badly. It’s sad to see this restaurant having this kind of service.
