Mcdonald's - Kingsport

This is for the mcdonald’s at the corner of stone dr. and bokside dr. we often mcdonald is quite a bit. lately, it's been a day since we have to pick up ice after our refrigerator is broken. two ice bag every day and of course together with that comes the occasional softdrink, frappe, cappuccino, cone, pup cup, etc. only dependent on what kind or dog I have come with me at the time. Usually we visited the mcdonalds on ft henry dr opposite ljs kfc. my pups have come to their journey through experiences with the personal, especially my she has come to depend on some of her favorite medications from mcd to always wait a burger or pup cup for her. later their pup cups consist of whip cream in a simple cone. saves on their fight with the actual cup, makes for less chaos and gives her a satisfying cripple at the end. I have offered to pay for the cone of itself to go with the free pup cup peach cream, but both paintings it was with the ft. henry store told me “oh for gosh will no, it’s just an empty cone.” yesterday when I offered to pay for the cone instead of a bowl, said the hired: “I couldn’t even guess what the charge would be for one so much today.” I had both pups with me, who could not wait to see what would treat today. that's until we got into the second window and I asked for two pup cups in cone. when the girl in the window asks for the Pup blocks, a manager, I assume, absolutely not I can't do that. when I pointed out that there was no problem in this business and another she snoring attitude said: “I don’t know why it isn’t loud and they should never have done that.” when I paid out the cone, she said she would sell me the empty cone for 1.75 each! their cones with ice are 1.59 each, but an empty with free whip cream wanted to cost me 1.75 each. all the time when it is in the window and my pups hang out the window, their cocks awake in anticipation. If that's not cold, I don't know what it is. two of the most important aspects of every business, especially fast eating, repeat business and loyal customers. this load has lost both of them today. if you ask, they still have their tasty. we went to a close competitor where they enjoyed their flame blown burgers, followed by real ice.

For table-side pickup never shown, went against to pick up, it was about 30 min, so everything was cold. it has been said that they have no pay on the table to offer a table-side delivery, but there are pay on the table. when another group of men sat beside us, they ordered the same wise and there were given food. so prepared

We went through there the other day and we needed to change up the order. The employees got so confused about the change. We had to explain what we wanted to change 5 times before they understood. Finally fixed what we needed to change. We paid for it, got to the pickup window and we asked if everything was in there, the girl's response was; whatever you ordered, it's in there . We asked again and explained that we changed the order, she replied with the same response. She was rude, she didn't want to check the bag if everything was in there after the change. Luckily everything we ordered was in the bag. Got home, which we live about 5 minutes away, and the food was starting to get cold, the burger buns was hard as bricks, hamburger meat was hard and extremely greasy, the fries were soggy like they've been sitting out for a while, it was just an unpleasant experience this time. Things could have been better!!! We understand employees gets stressed when restaurants gets busy, however at the time we went through there, the restaurant wasn't busy at all.

When I order a Big Mac with extra sauce on the side that is how I eat it . It would be different if this McDonald's didn't mess up almost every time we have ordered their but they do I live in Blountville so i back back and told them that I can not eat do to that they will not help me at all in fact the manager I talked to said learn to eat it without the extra sauce.. it's 4.59 plus .50 for the sauce now that is money I spent for no reason I want my money back and again if this was a 1 or 2 times issue so what but it's not the employees are incompetent especially the overnight crew , I will not stop until this is resolved

Pull up to drive thru. The person says they are closed due to staffing. Yet store is lite up and sign still on. How are they closed due to staffing but still answer the speeker and I see 4 cars here with workers inside. Do they not turn off there signs so owner manager won't know?
