Jersey Mike's Subs - Kingsport

This was my first time in a Jersey Mike's and I was unimpressed. Nothing particularly about this particular location, I suppose. Just the service wasn't stellar (nothing necessarily wrong, just lackluster), the set up/flow was confusing, the food took awhile to cook, the atmosphere was dingy and stale. It was clean and the service was adequate. The food was not bad fresh ingredients and wasn't skimpy. Ultimately, I felt this place met my nutritional needs and nothing else. It was sufficient.

Staff is always friendly and food is very good. We eat her at least once a week

Went to Jersey Mike's for the first time today since 15% of the proceeds were going to my grand's school.Ordered the big kahuna minus the hot peppers. (6 inches)Man, it was loaded. And very filling. I couldn't even eat it all. Delicious. Nice and hot on a cold day. Definitely hit the spot.
