Hardee's - Kingsport

Needs to get rid of roaches ask the manager to take notice and she just ignored and walked away like you weren't even there.

Fast forward 6 months and all the good people quit because you refused to reign in those useless child abusing managers. Everyone up to District covered for them after being told dozens of times. Retention surveys aren't needed. You were told already what the problems were. Suffer.It's time to start drug testing those managers.

I ordered the three piece chicken tender meal! Had to wait for the tenders. which is fine! But I only got two tenders!!

I and my fiance ordered through door dash . We wanted something we craved from Hardee's ,and we both just got off work and didn't feel like getting back out. The saddest part of it all . We received our meals incomplete. Expecting the best out of Hardee's . We didn't receive any sauces ,napkins or even straws with our drinks . And the cherry on top . We called three times and no answer . How unprofessional and half A$$ed of poor management for not making sure the order someone made through door dash is complete before it was sent out . Really frustrating when you expect a full meal. Don't expect high expectations from this place . I won't be visiting in person either . This place is poorly ran. P.s oh no refund either if I could give this place no stars I would infact leave nothing .
