Cook Out - Kingsport

Good value of food. Great place to come get something that will fill you up. I wouldn’t recommend coming if you’re in a rush however, because sometimes the drive through gets a little slow. Other than that it’s all good!

A decent place for food. On several occasions have had issues, like chunks of ice in milkshake, once the mix in I got was bad, sometimes am given the wrong shake.When the orders are right, I enjoy going here. Fast, tasty, open late.

I Just left the Kingsport cookout, the quality of the food has really went down. Last few times the food has been burnt and dry, I even asked if the burgers were fresh today when ordering. The cashier said they just made them but when I received our food they were not any good again. It looked like they Cut a tiny patty in half and stacked it on top of each other, the patty didn’t cover half the bun. It was cold, dry and burnt. I went back to the register to tell the manager that my hush puppies were burnt and cover in black specks but I had to wait while another costumer was complaining about how bad and burnt her food was. The manager didn’t seem to be very helpful so I told him that I just wanted him to know that my food sucked too. I won’t be back, Kingsport cookout need new management.

The one on the left is supposed to be a big double and the right is a regular was told that I had a big double no I did not will not be eating here again was very rude when I asked about it

The food was really good. The service was ok, the lady at the register God my order wrong twice but they corrected it right away. I haven't tried the shakes but I've heard they are delicious.Food: 5/5
