Baskin-robbins - Kingsland

My husband and I stopped on our way to Florida. We were so impressed! The employees were so kind and funny. They brightened our day and had such a good spirit. Excellent!

Stopping here with a family of 6 the day after Christmas was a risk as we knew they would be busy. And we were right. I placed a mobile order with some items while still on the highway to shorten our inside order. Once we arrived, I ordered the rest of the member's items inside. The staff were on top of their game. Friendly, prompt, attentive along with double checking we had everything from both our mobile and inside order. The line was out the door but they handled everything with swiftness and grace. The only downfall was the drive-through line was too long to be able to park in their parking lot so we had to park at the gas station next door. But again, it was the day after Christmas so it is so be expected.

My daughter ordered the advertised turkey cake for Thanksgiving to be picked up on Wednesday 11/24. When she arrived, they not only *never got her order* (despite her already paying for it in advance) but then tried to charge her more for the cake the *happened* to have ready. When she declined, they told her she could pick up her original order on Thanksgiving morning (a day late). If we had known they were going to add weird *stuffing* to it, we would have shopped elsewhere. While funny, it was unprofessional, petty, and inappropriate.

Ice cream was old tasting. They were out of most kinds. Trash in parking lot and outdoor seating area. First and last visit. Employees were nice though.

Today I was a customer at the Dunkin' Donuts in Kingsland Georgia, and was so very pleased at the customer service from Dwayne. He took time for some quick banter, was very helpful with our questions, and had a wonderful attitude! Sometimes it's difficult to find Customer Service that is acceptable, let alone stellar! Dwayne deserves recognition for his service to us today! We will certainly be returning to that particular Dunkin' Donuts!
