フィードバックを提供するMy friend, I wanted pasta, so we went to DiCiccos, who was my first time in this place; had been in other places DiCiccos. The staff was friendly, our meals were on point Chill Vibe our waitress was great, the gentlemen at the cash counter was so nice to bring me a plastic bag for my leftovers to go to Cuz, he said he didn't want the paper bag given by my waitress to tear on me. So very polite I loved that so I will return as I now know that this DiCiccos is near Hanford where I live. And my momma I love her Scarface even surprises my mom when I came home with an order from Scarface for her since she hasn't eaten at a DiCiccos since working in Hanford, so this has been for years. Our belly was very happy!
The service was friendly and prompt. I enjoyed my food very much! My friend was not a big fan of the record he ordered, but only because he doesn't like mushrooms. Otherwise, if you are a fan of cheese and sauce, you will love this restaurant!
This restaurant serves delicious meals and offers excellent service. I would recommend it to everyone who enjoys Italian cuisine.
The food is great. The 'Scarface ' was a big favorite at my old workplace. The service is par for the post-COVID world (i.e. the servers are handling more tables than they used to). Be kind to them; they 're doing their best. If you need something, I 'd recommend raising your hand and calling for a server.
However, when I tried to get the attention of my waitress, I had no luck. After waiting until 5:22 PM, I spoke to another waitress, who informed me that the soup still wasn't ready. She suggested I talk to the original waitress because she had just come on duty. When I finally located the original waitress, she still told me the soup wasn’t ready and mentioned they had to make a new batch. It struck me that I had ordered an hour ago, and earlier I was told it would be just a 5-minute wait before. I asked her to check on it, and a few minutes later, my order arrived—not from the original waitress, but from another staff member, who didn’t say a single word: no apology, no acknowledgment of my patience, nothing. It felt as if my presence was a burden. There was a serious lack of communication. I would have appreciated knowing that a completely new soup was being made, which could take an additional 45 minutes. That way, I could have changed my order or selected a different soup. Instead, I was left feeling overlooked and like a nuisance for asking for an update. Another customer waiting next to me even remarked on my patience, saying she wouldn’t have waited as long. Unfortunately, after this experience, my patience for this place has run out.
