Swooger's - Kings Mountain

I visited today for a quick meal, and the restaurant wasn't very busy. I really enjoy this place, but there seems to be a lack of organization. It took 28 minutes to receive a hot dog and a corn dog, despite there being only six other customers present. When my order finally arrived, the fries were missing. I informed the teenage waitress, but she just walked away. While many people love this little spot in KM, the service definitely needs to improve quickly.

This is a fantastic place for families and friends. They offer a delicious home-cooked special every day, along with wonderful salads and, of course, delightful desserts. Tony's ice cream is always a special treat, perfect for celebrating life in a welcoming atmosphere. Both young adults and children really enjoy the vibrant ambiance and tasty dishes. Weekly visits are a must, and often we find ourselves going twice a week!

The staff are friendly, but the food leaves much to be desired. The burgers taste like cheap frozen patties, the fries are soggy, and the soda comes warm in cans alongside a cup of ice.

Great service and amazing ice cream. I recommend the banana pudding ice cream or the cherry cheesecake in a waffle cone.
