Rainbow Diner - Kingman

Every day in Rainbow is a special day, but if you are in the Kingman area before 2 a.m. on Sunday, you must come to try the Mexican food. I ordered the Chile Relleno with beans. First they brought us the salsa and chips. The salsa is homemade and tasty, although I have a little more warmth. The Chili Relleno was wonderful. The beans... Howard had the Chili Verde chimichanga. It was delicious. Howard had the rice and he loved him. We often come here for breakfast and I love her chili. They are only open for breakfast and lunch. There's room. One of Kingman AZ's hidden gems.
