KFC - Kingaroy

Anytime you go there they tell you they are out and are cooking a new batch which takes 20 minutes. Last Tuesday night drive-thru took me 30 minutes. In this time you can go to the Chinese around the corner, sit down, order, eat and pay for some real food.

Haven't been here in months and its the best service and food I have had in a long time... Great service, great food!!!!!!!!!!!!! Finally some changes

Why did we do this? The front counter staff was "in training". This meant that the trainer apparently had to explain everything at great length in order for a purchase to be made whilst simultaneously shouting at the kitchen so as to ensure that absolutely no one knew what was happening. Paired with the almost inedible overcooked remnants of some sludge coated animal parts, it was the worst meal I have had in living memory.

Had to wait in car on hot day for over 35 minutes, can't get out of line once you're in car park due to limited parking space to turn vehicle. By the time we got through and ordered, got dry chicken. the store and service needs an overhaul......!
