Dunkin' - King of Prussia

I love Dunkin. Coffee was cold, but I got 2 free donuts. That was nice.

The morning staff is fantastic. Both of them treat their visitors with great courtesy and friendliness. Additionally, they are constantly open to agreeing to reasonable requests. This Dunkin' location runs perfectly thanks to them.

This was the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. The person behind the counter was rude, the blueberry muffin was stale and our breakfast sandwiches were literally thrown into the paper wrap. Hope it was just an off day for them.

The morning crew is awesome. They're both very friendly and respectful towards their guests. They're always willing to accept reasonable requests as well. They have this Dunkin location running smoothly.
