The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The smoothie maker paid close attention to my specifications when preparing my drink.

I typically avoid writing negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. She was yelling at customers throughout my visit. The other employee, who was with her, was equally if not more unprofessional. She was not only yelling but also slamming drawers, rolling her eyes at incoming customers, and loudly complaining about how tired she was of serving them. Overall, the entire staff on duty that day was unprofessional. To make matters worse, I never received my food, but given the unwelcoming atmosphere created by the staff, I didn’t feel comfortable asking about it. I’m truly disgusted by the level of service and will not be returning. I believe the manager, who I think was named Eric, should seriously consider making some staffing changes.

As a former employee, I can share my firsthand experience about how poor the environment is. The manager fails to provide proper training for the staff, and both the manager and assistant manager lack respect for their employees. Whenever an employee raises a concern, they respond with irritation and a negative attitude. Their behavior is both rude and unprofessional.

They provided quick and friendly service. The food was excellent. I really enjoy the jetty punch.
