Waffle House - Kimball

We thought we would give it another chance but soon after walking in the door we realized that was a mistake. There was 3 other people in the restaurant who already had their meal and it still took a good 10 minutes to get our drink ordered. About 5 minutes after that we got our ordered taken. Food didn't take that long...BECAUSE My bacon was very over cooked when set on the table... my husbands hashbrowns came out not as ordered and the potatoes looked barely cooked so my husband sent it back. The cook cussed the waitress about it, and had a attitude and gave us a mean look and went to the back room and left the waitress to deal with the food. The waitress was complaining about the other workers and the company to us leading up to this. The whole Experience was a 0/10. I will from now on drive 30 minutes out of my way to go get/experience a better, safe and more sanitary environment.

Great friendly staff, wonderful food! Forgot my phone on the counter, came back half hour later and the wonderful girl working was handing it to me as I walked in. Parking: Had a bobtail so was ok. No tractor trailer parking right there though Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast

The waitress was fantastic, and the chef was outstanding. However, the atmosphere was disrupted by some rude customers, which made our lovely waitress a bit flustered. Fortunately, the chef stepped in to help her regain her composure, and everything returned to normal. I can understand how she felt; I might have reacted the same way in her position.
