Killington Peak Lodge

Got the pastrami sandwich and it was absolutely amazing! Just don't come here during the lunch break because the seats are limited.

You should know that eating food at the top of any mountain is always going to be pricey. It's always a plus if the food is actually good and it was at Killington peak lodge. Burgers were cooked fresh, grilled cheese with made with local cheese and had plenty on the large bread. Great views and a decent beer tap as well!

5 Star Views... on the expensive side though (so you pay for it). Very busy... Standing Room only.. A little too warm inside. and make sure you complete your transaction on the Credit card machine (all the way through the tip). Bartender Katie basically robbed me of a 25% tip that she didn't deserve.. I had to ask her for the bill multiple times, obviously she was occupied because the lodge was slammed, but still.. I know this happened because my wife stayed behind long enough to witness it. It'd be cool if the owner would right this wrong. I'll revise my review if they reach out. Let's see.

Absolutely stunning views when the visibility is good. The food was excellent too.

This restaurant boasts breathtaking views and incredibly friendly bartenders. Be sure to try the hot cedar with rum—don't be shy about adding a generous amount of rum! You'll definitely appreciate that little extra when tackling the double black diamonds. This is the perfect spot to hang out, provided you can snag a seat. The staff is welcoming and accommodating. I highly recommend this place!
