The Bloom Coffee Roasters-rancier

So this bloom was my favorite one, because of the customer service and my coffee was always made right. Well I'm assuming this is a new employee who doesn't like her job or had a bad day. She was very rude and argumentative with me about the size I asked for. I just smiled and waited for my coffee and left. I tasted my white chocolate mocha and it was water down It tasted like . I was omw to work so didn't have time to go back.

I have to say the food and drinks are SOOOO good, like wow I would 100% eat her every day if it weren’t for the AWFUL HORRIBLE RUDE employee that made the visit a one star experience. She was SOOOO AWFUL that I can not justify the taste of the place to return to this location, which is a huge bummer since it’s across the street from my house. Just to clarify, the food is delicious but DO NOT go to the Killeen location. I went today (sunday around 5:30 pm) I can not believe how RUDE this employee was, I can not stress that enough. I’m still shocked.

Everything at bloom is wonderful, even the employees. So nice! The ramen is delicious and I love how customizable the boba tea is. It can get pretty busy sometimes, to a point where they run out of boba. There's a couple locations but this one has board games which makes it nice and cozy.

I came here on a date and I loved the tarro bobba tea. I definitely need to return for more. Customer service was on point. She was attentive every step of the way.

Very nice staff and delicious menu options. I have been here on multiple occasions and have always been pleased with the service.
