Subway - Killeen

Disappointed. The sandwiches don’t compare to Jersey Mike's. The lettuce didn’t appear fresh. On the positive side, the staff at the counter were friendly and courteous. However, the restaurant was quite cold; the A/C was running even though it was chilly outside. Overall, I’d rate the food a 3 out of 5.

Is it possible to go wrong with Subway? Personally, I love sandwiches, and while I generally prefer burgers, Subway is an exception. And the Rotisserie chicken? Fantastic! Food: 5/5

This restaurant is located underground. The sandwiches are decent, but they've become quite pricey. I don’t believe the price matches the value; a footlong should still cost around $5. It’s pretty frustrating to spend nearly $30 for two footlong meals. Personally, I’d prefer to go to a real deli for that price! Jason's Deli, for instance, offers much better quality sandwiches for a similar cost. However, I will say that if you’re in a hurry and need something to eat, it’s convenient that you stay open late.

I just have to leave a review for the young man who worked BY HIMSELF today. My Hubby and I stopped to get a quick lunch. The place was full! But the young man behind the counter flew each and every job with a smile. And I have to say my husband and both agree that it was the best sandwich we had in a few years of them. This young man deserves not only praise, but also a resurrection! Help like he's hard to find on him. The Johnsons

Staff was nice ?? although they seem overwhelmed at this location. With the walk ins, mobile orders, and drive thru customers all at once. But they handled the rush and the pos system shutting down. God bless them!
