My daughter wanted to come here for her 11th birthday in April, and we have returned multiple times since. Every time I interact with the staff, they are so kind. Especially a young man named Gemini, who is the best. He is incredibly sweet and welcoming. Today, when my group entered, he wished us all a happy Mother's Day. I try to leave positive comments or call as often as I can, as people tend to only reach out when something negative occurs. When management reads these reviews, they can see that they have created a wonderful environment with excellent staff. Once again, Gemini is fantastic.

Unfortunately I have to change my review. i was great. but we had to wait forever because I think a worker didn't feel like working. break or not whatever, they literally looked at us several times and continued to be on their handy. not very satisfied with the customer service. the type was great who helped. I wish I had enjoyed my ice cream with my children instead of waiting for the rest of our order.

I recently visited this ice cream parlor in the city. The young man working behind the counter efficiently served the long line of customers. Despite some difficult customers, he made sure everyone got what they wanted. The service was excellent, the parlor was clean, and the milkshake, sundae, and ice cream I ordered were delicious. I will definitely be returning to this place.
