Harv's Sports Grill - Killeen

I was at harv several times. loves the place and eat it. the service is very slow and plan an hour to get their meal. So they sit back, relax and enjoy the game.

Waited 30 minutes for food. To have the burgers brought dry and cold. No veggies. No condiments. Waited another 15 minutes for veggies. Had to ask for condiments. Complaints about having short staff. Manager took off 1 burger from meal ticket and still tried charging for other items we ordered that wasn’t available from cooks kitchen. Just bad experience all around. Don’t waste time. I understand it’s a hotel restaurant but that’s why you need to avoid it.

Terrible really, many items on the menu are unavailable and service is slow. Breakfast is quite underwhelming. I would skip.

Didn’t even deserve one star don’t waste your money here

The hotel bar is quite lackluster, offering a minimal menu that feels typical of a Holiday Inn. While the bartender is friendly, they seem to focus more on pouring drinks than providing a full bartending experience. Overall, it's a rather dull spot.
