Chili's Grill - Killeen

There were only two servers working at the restaurant and since it was after church, we didn't have to wait at all. Our server took our order within 5 minutes and our food was served in just 10 minutes.

I decided to order from this restaurant again because they had a new menu item of white queso. I opted for curbside pick-up, as I usually do, and when I got home, I realized that they had given me yellow queso instead.

I decided to order from this restaurant again because they had a new menu item of white queso. I did curbside pick up as usual, but when I got home, I found that I had been given yellow queso with hard bits in it. When I called to inquire, I was told that the queso had been sitting out all day and that's why it had changed colors. I found this explanation questionable, as I don't see how white queso could change to yellow just from sitting out. I was offered a new one if I drove back, but I didn't want food that had been sitting out all day. I believe there are food safety rules about this. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from this location again.

Chilis provides consistent service and the overall dining experience was rated a 4 for food, service, and atmosphere.
