Chau's Cafe - Killeen

Their beef stew is exceptional; in fact, I'd rank them in the top 10% when it comes to preparing a great stew. It's a deceptively simple dish that many people struggle with, but this restaurant has it down perfectly. The drink options are standard for this type of establishment, yet they're crafted with care and pack great flavor. On top of all that, the two young staff members behind the counter are incredibly sweet and kind. Their respectful and accommodating service really enhances the overall experience. You couldn't ask for better food or service from a hole-in-the-wall like this!

Absolutely delicious!!! The restaurant was very clean and tidy, and I didn’t have to wait long for my food since I ordered it to go. Thankfully, their bags held up well—I accidentally dropped my cup on the floor, but the bag kept all the broth contained. I had the combination pho, and it was fantastic! The fresh vegetables were a great addition, and the broth was outstanding. I will definitely be back for more! (And hopefully with a photo next time!)

I visited this restaurant for the first time and had previously tried to come by during their stated business hours but found them closed. The place is small but very clean, and the owner is incredibly friendly. Although it took a little while for my bánh mì to arrive, everything was delicious. I ordered a shrimp pho and grilled chicken bánh mì, which I shared with my 3-year-old daughter. We also got a mango and peach smoothie with flavored boba, and it was delightful. The menu is fairly limited, but I plan to return to sample more of their sandwiches and smoothies. I'm definitely sold on their pho—the broth was fantastic!

This place is top notch for great PHO. The customer service is amazing too. Prices are the cherry on top. The pho was really flavorful and leaves you feeling healthy after you eat it. Great place to get some good food.

The food is on point! The smoothies are are super good but the Spring Rolls are my favorite, along with the Beef Stew w/bread.
