Burger King - Killeen

The restaurant staff consistently neglects customers and when they do interact, they are consistently rude. They frequently deceive customers by making them wait at the first drive-thru window for 5, 10, or even 15 minutes before allowing them to proceed to the second window. The interior is also unsatisfactory, as it is always infested with flies.

The food was tasty and my order was correct, but the dining area was not very clean. Unfortunately, the service was extremely poor, the worst I have had in a while. It seemed like being a customer was a bother to the staff. I will not be coming back to this restaurant.

The woman who answered the phone informed me that the restaurant was located on Post Street, but it turned out not to be there. She also told me that I couldn't place an order over the phone, even though the website indicated otherwise. She could have at least taken my order.

Typical fast food but the grilled cheese burger is my favorite always has been. So is it special? No not really just nice quick service and pretty clean

Crazy I called to talk to the manager and the supervisor hung up on me when I expressed that they wasted my money on door dash because they didn’t take my order 2 days in a row.
