Buffalo Wild Wings - Killeen

Justin made my first experience at this restaurant amazing. He is friendly and attentive, and made the best house Margarita. I will definitely request to sit in his section again. I couldn't decide which was better, the food or the service. Both were amazing - 5/5.

The appetizers of Nachos and Chips with guacamole were lacking flavor, reminiscent of ones you would find in a nursing home. The Jalapeños were also lacking spice. The Chicken Original Sandwich and Buffalo Ranch Sandwich were dry and uninspiring. The fries were mediocre. The wings were crispy but disappointing. The service was subpar, as our waitress neglected our table and we had to go up to the front to get water for my son. The front staff was helpful, but the waitress was lacking in service. Despite being friendly when we did interact with them, we felt ignored for most of our 45-minute meal. The waitress never asked about our satisfaction with the food. Overall, we will not be returning to this establishment. This restaurant is not child-friendly, as it is noisy with TVs and people. There is disabled parking and a ramp for accessibility.

I visited this restaurant and sat in the bar area. It took our waitress 10 minutes to come to our table. I placed my order when she arrived and most of our food came within 15 minutes. However, it took an additional 20 minutes to receive my wings after I had already received my street tacos. The street tacos had too much pico de gallo and not enough chicken, hardly any sauce. The wings were overcooked and lacked sauce as well. I was not offered carrots or celery. On a positive note, I enjoyed the two drinks I ordered from the bar.

Wasn't in years, but it's my birthday month and I have a gift card, so what is there to lose? We waited for a minute. They're short, don't worry. I understand. Our server seems almost confused what the birthday wings are and what happy hour is. Okay, tough start. All right. Drink from the bar. There's a mistake. Damn. Eating comes out, we miss a second order of zets and the wings have bones, which is actually a happy mistake, as the server told me to order boneless, because that is what the image shows in the app. Mozzarella sticks could definitely be cooked longer, but whatever. Everything was pretty good. Our server seems nice, but maybe new? She's gone a lot. Get our check and at least the checkout was easy. Not in love with which I will write up your phone number, but at least our waiting was over. What prices would you have expected more?

No hamburgers, no onion rings, no salad and three naked chicken strips that were smaller than my fingers and I have tiny hands that costs $10, even though I didn't get a side. Absolute disaster
