Didn't stay so can't rank rooms. Dino experience , dinner and Santa were amazing

Chose the Newpark Hotel for a group and it was excellent. Staff all very helpful and friendly, attending to any query promptly and professional. Some of the group had spa treatments where Adele helped them to experience a whole new level of calm thank you Adele for the fabulous treatments. This is our second visit to the Newpark as a group, therefore, I feel that speaks for itself. Thank you all.

Great carvery restaurant and extremely helpful staff. Treated like a King!

Food service excellent over the Xmas period. Music needs to be in the bar not the reception. More seating needed in reception. If music is going to be sung played tables it needs to happen every table. Music was excellent in the ballroom but a cental stage needs to be set up. Santa presents for the young people excellent. Leisure centre excellent. Jurassic Park great for youngsters. Hotel needs a bigger carpark. Health safety with children playing with toys on the floor. No kids in the bar after 9pm. Hotel spotless.Thanks to all the staff.
