Monkeypod Kitchen Wailea - Kīhei

The server was extremely friendly and pleasant. The food was tasty and served quickly. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. The only downside was that the music was a bit too loud.

We recently dined at MonkeyPod for the second time and once again, the service, food, and atmosphere were impeccable. The service, in particular, was outstanding and really impressed our family. Our children were exhausted from traveling that day, but Steve went out of his way to make our dinner experience delightful. The hostess and front of house staff were also exceptional. We highly recommend this restaurant!

The food at this restaurant surpassed all expectations. We began with the delicious flat iron shrimp and Mai Tais, which definitely lived up to their reputation. For our main dishes, we ordered the macadamia nut encrusted fish (Maui mahi) and the daily special, which was fresh-caught Hawaiian sea bass with tiger prawns. We highly recommend stopping by this establishment. While the noise level inside was a bit too loud for our liking, the outdoor seating was ideal. The service was fantastic.

A lot has changed at Monkeypod over the years, its gone from a very affordable spot to expensive and not ting having value....this is not a restaurant we'll be eating at again,
