If I could give a rating of -1000, I would! This place is just awful – you can’t even get the attention of a waiter! When I approached the bartender, she had such a displeased expression on her face. Now, for the most interesting part! The quality of the food here has always been lacking, but this time they really outdid themselves. I didn’t even bother to complain too much, as I don’t think the people working here are capable of understanding. I wanted to treat my child and ordered a Margherita pizza, but they brought not just a Margherita – it came with a bonus: there were hairs in it, and it was clear they had been mixed into the cheese while cooking! Who’s to blame isn’t my concern, but it was horrendous. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, especially not if you have kids! Furthermore, when we showed the hair to the chef, he said it was just a spice and not hair, but rather herbs!

I often visit this place because it has a children's entertainment center, and there aren’t many other options around. It's almost out of necessity, as they say... What can I say? With annoying consistency, I notice the same issues: the tables and floors are always dirty. The menus are wrinkled and grimy, and the staff behind the counter can usually be found lounging on the counter with their phones, engrossed in loud discussions. There has never been any real service to speak of. The food is completely subpar... The rolls fall apart with flavorless rice, the pizza consists of 90% tasteless dough topped with heaps of cheap mayonnaise and just a little cheese. I ordered chicken patties for my child, and they were as tough as shoe soles. The pasta is always overcooked, and I hold on to the hope that it will get better, but nothing ever changes. So, we arrive satisfied after eating at other restaurants and leave for other places afterward. Honestly, the best thing to get there is a smoothie.

I didn't like the cafe. Carbonaro with seafood and rolls are not tasty. The service is terrible. They forgot to bring the rolls, and they said that the light blinked and the order was not fully loaded. The waitress did not clarify the order and did not consider it necessary to apologize. The second room is dark and uncomfortable. We will not come to this cafe again. Food: 1
