Bighorn Bistro - Keystone

This restaurant is a nice spot to hang out and have a drink, but their dinner menu is very limited. It's strange that there are two separate restaurants within the same space, and you can't order food from both. The tomato soup tasted like reheated tomatoes, which wasn't very impressive. It's more convenient for guests staying at the Keystone Lodge Spa, but I wouldn't go out of my way to visit.

I am only giving two stars, despite how lovely the server was. She had to apologize for the kitchen multiple times. The food was cooked incorrectly and served late. We waited over an hour before receiving our appetizers. We requested our entrees to be packed up instead of being served and decided to leave. I would not return to this restaurant. The food quality was disappointing.

We come each year to Big Horn as part of your Keystone experience. We will not be back. The best part of the experience was the nice hostess. Waitress come to the table 2 times to take order and put check on the table. The steak my husband ordered was over cooked. The significant menu changes were also disappointing. Spend your money elsewhere.

Staff is super friendly and the only nice part about this place. The prices are nuts. They also add a 5% Keystone surcharge without any explanation, on top of the ridiculous prices. The heater doesn't seem to function properly, and all the guests near the windows were complaining and trying to move. This place doesn't come close to being worth it.
