Papa John's - Key West

After a long day of travel, my partner and I decided to get a pizza from Papa Johns as it was very close to our hotel. We ordered "The Works" medium-sized pizza with some ranch dip. Unfortunately, the lady in the register has placed our pizza with a pizzeria base of ranch sauce, although it was intended to be tomatoes and the lady initially gave us the wrong change, but it was immediately corrected. Another lady had brought out our ranch based pizza and she apologized profusely and said that she would make another pizza for us and keep the other pizza that was absolutely good. So we waited for another 10 minutes for our original order. All in all, though there were a few things that went wrong, they were immediately rectified for us what is fantastic service and they apologized for the mistakes. We have said that we fully understand whether it is a long day for them and that we work in retail to get it.

However, I did run into a slight issue: I had ordered a cheese sauce, but I only received the spicy garlic I requested, along with a regular garlic sauce. I'm not sure if the garlic sauce usually comes with the pizza, but I really wanted that cheese sauce! It was processed correctly on my order. Maybe I can get it with my next order? Just so you know, I don’t live in the area; I visit friends every couple of months.

My husband, who is from New York, said this place truly delivers. The wings were fresh and just like what you'd find up north. They used high-quality ingredients, and the staff was lovely. The restaurant was clean, and considering it's Key West, the prices were fantastic! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal here; it really felt like authentic New York-style dining.

Delicious pizza! I didn't have high expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised by the fantastic flavor and quick delivery!
