Starbucks Coffee - Ketchikan

The staff was friendly, although the service was a bit slow. The restaurant is located inside the Safeway in the mall. I highly recommend taking the trip from the cruise port to get the mugs, as nearby stores are selling them for nearly double the price. It's very accessible using the free shuttle.

Sad, was closed at 9:50 am. I don't think that corporate Starbucks realizes how the Safeway store operates the franchise.

I often find that they close an hour or two earlier than their posted hours. Additionally, they were out of chai for about a month and didn't have any lemonade available either. However, the staff is really nice. I just feel frustrated about them closing earlier than expected.

It was closed ? we walked 1.3 miles only to find they were closed. Very disappointing ?
