I ordered on the phone and when I got to the restaurant they said an order was never placed... The food was great but not the customer service

I’ve been coming here when time I visit kernville and have always had a good experience until today . I walked in and asked the Hispanic lady hostess at the counter if she could bring the menus outside to my family and I we were six people and she said we had to order to go in order to help me basically implying that she couldn’t serve us in that simple way and that I have to order to go and I didn’t feel welcome to sit down and eat with my family so I left and because of this lost my business . Very sad and poor service especially because I was with my family and that imo is not the way to do business .the time was 6:50 pm .

The food was very good. They were not exaggerating saying that they have ‘the best Chile Rellenos’. Good rice beans.
