Starbucks - Kernersville

I had great coffee today, but it was once again spoiled by the last mouthful filled with coffee grounds! This has happened so frequently that I felt compelled to share my experience. I can't imagine anyone enjoys this, as it really makes you want to gag.

I had a long wait for a simple coffee drink that cost around $6. My order was overlooked while I stood at the counter, watching nine employees hustle to prepare takeout and drive-thru beverages. The parking lot is quite challenging to navigate as well. This location really needs an overhaul; it stopped being enjoyable about 12 years ago. Sorry, Starbucks. P.S. You can get excellent coffee at Costco for about $7 per pound.

Always busy. This location is busy for a reason. Terrific staff and very responsive. Tonya knows my wife and I by name and is always extremely helpful and resolving any issues. Any issues are usually from the lack of supplies not from customer service. Keep up the good work.

We ordered ahead on the app and it was ready when we got there.

Love this place but can be a hit or miss on the flavor rather than other Starbucks.
