This place really needs to work on their customer service. Not a good experience at all.. You are really rolling the dice when you eat at this establishment. I would leave no stars if I could
I was super eager to try their food due to all the good things I have heard so far. I wish they would've told me how horrible their Customer Service was. Went in to pick up our food and the young lady on 4/18/21 at night rolled her eyes. Just trying to give her a name for the pickup order! She was unpleasant the remainder of the time there. I will not be giving my service anymore due to this attitude and atmosphere. The food can be good but the service far outweighs the taste of the food. Just too bad because I am sure if the owners knew what was taking place they would make sure it didn't happen anymore. This is what causes businesses to lose revenue and customer satisfaction
This is the absolute BEST Elizabeth? Pizza I ate. I always get a Steak Stromboli with mushroom, and I'm never disappointed. The staff is always friendly.
The food was bland to me. The Buffalo wings were hard, almost like plastic and the hot sauce wasn't spicy at all, the meat could have used some seasoning salt. The best part about the pizza was the cheese. With the dough being so dry, I could not have given a better score. Lastly, the mozzarella sticks were also decent but the marinara was not great.
I'm not coming back to this place. Customer service was terrible. I and my father decided to stop to get a pizza as we are familiar with other restaurants with the same name (that was fantastic, but it is clear this is not the same facility. After we had ordered, we came back 10 15 minutes later to pick up the order when people at the counter wouldn't interact with me, and after I had been careful, they refused to give me my order when I finally asked. The rest of the staff looked up in confusion without anyone trying to help me or even ask what happened. I asked the man on the counter why I couldn't get my order, he said that the person who leads the register to the left and would be back later (WHAT TYPE OF EXCUSE IS DIES?! I asked if I could pay money, the answer was, of course, no. Of course, I didn't want to come back. I don't want to think that this was racially motivated, because it could be just terrible customer service, but in any case they are clearly picky with whom they want to eat in their restaurant and I guess I wasn't one of them. Please, DO BETTER.
