Domino's Pizza - Kernersville

The pizza is quite good for fast food the prices are a little expensive, but it would be perfect for a family of 4 on a Saturday night or another occasion.

On the other hand, Pizza Hut's delivery instructions are limited to just 16 characters, but Domino's allows for detailed instructions, which was helpful for guiding the delivery without triggering our overly enthusiastic dog. The pizzas we ordered were spot on and tasted amazing! One thing Domino's could improve is the tipping process. You can't add a tip onto your credit card during checkout. Thankfully, we happened to have cash on hand, which isn't usually the case for us. If I pay online, I believe it should cover both the product and the tip. Overall, though, a great experience!

**Original Review (4 months ago):** I ordered a pizza last night, and one of the specialty pizzas I received was missing a third of its toppings. While two-thirds looked great, the remaining third had very few toppings. When I returned to work and noticed the issue, I called the restaurant and was on hold for nearly 30 minutes before having to hang up to get back to work. This was quite disappointing from a usually excellent establishment. I also tried to report the problem through the app, but I accidentally pressed the wrong button and couldn't submit my feedback.

The management and staff are absolutely fantastic! I place orders three times a week for my company, and they consistently exceed my expectations!
