Domino's Pizza - Kernersville

So yesterday was National Pizza Day, we missed it, but today we opened the floor. Dominos has dining options that are not available at Pizza Hut. The website allows you to customize your pizza building. Domino's online tracker is fantastic. It told me Billy was the Quality Checker and Billy was also our supplier. I liked he had the skin in the game! It also reported me when he was in the neighborhood! The delivery directions thru Pizza hat are only 16 characters. Dominos let me give descriptive instructions where to leave and steps to avoid our aggressive inner dog. The pizzas were perfect and so good!! The only thing they need to work on is tilting. You cannot add a tip to your credit card. We were lucky to have money because we usually don't. If I pay online, it should be for product and tip.

The management and staff are the best! I order 3 times every week for my company and they always go above and beyond!

I'm really looking forward to the new location. The food is fantastic, and the people are wonderful!

I’ve changed my original rating from 1 star to 5 stars. Although I’m keeping my previous rating to acknowledge the issue I faced, this Domino's has truly redeemed itself. I just received a pizza (check out the size in the photo!) and I want to give a shoutout to the restaurant manager, who reached out to me regarding my older review from four months ago and made things right. I've been placing larger orders ever since, and I'm happy to say I'm a satisfied customer again. Thank you, Domino's! **Original Review from 4 Months Ago:** I ordered a pizza last night, and one of the specialty pizzas was missing a third of its toppings. Two-thirds looked great, but the remaining third had only a few overflow toppings. When I got back to work and noticed the issue, I called the restaurant and was on hold for almost 30 minutes before I had to hang up and get back to work. This was really disappointing from a place I usually consider to be excellent. I tried using the app to report the issue, but I accidentally hit the wrong button and couldn’t provide my feedback.

The pizza is quite good for a fast food option. The prices are a bit on the higher side, but it would be an excellent choice for a family of four on a Saturday night or any other special occasion.
