It was delicious. Friendly service. And great toppings!

Keeping for two shakes today, the design of their ice cream would make the difference over a good fast food place. The good: the taste in my strawberry and the very vanilla of my wife were excellent. Lots of promises. The bad thing: Shakes were very thin. The straws we were given were long and small, but the shake immediately sucked up. I would like to know whether this is the way they should be served or whether ours might have been made with too much milk. The other was that they are served in a plastic cup without insulation, so you can imagine, after a 13 minute drive on a warm day, my wife's shake was even thinner. The staff was good, some of the other creations looked amazing. But I was shaking after one (rare for me, try to eat healthy).

This afternoon (February 25th) my daughter and I went into this store and as we walked in we were rudely greeted by a man behind the counter who informed us he had to finish an online order before serving us. We walked out and waited for him to finish and soon returned. While I understand the situation he was in, there was absolutely no reason for him to treat us the way he did. We usually love visiting this cold stone, as my daughter and I love the ice cream. Today our experience was ruined though by his rude attitude towards us.

So Far So Great called the other stores in Greensboro and they were extremely rude and just didn't act like they wanted to deal with you at all. Called this one in Kernersville and the gentleman was extremely generous news extremely courteous. So we're going to go try it out for the first time and see if we like it and we'll leave it more even detailed review Once We join and get our ice cream. But as for friendly and courtesy so far so good! Respectful and the best place been into in long time!!! We loved it as lil out

I visited a couple days ago, and everyone there was so nice and were really quick to serve me. The ice cream was delicious and the facility was super clean. Overall, I am super satisfied with my visit and plan to go again with my husband and children. Thank you Cold Stone!
