Chipotle Mexican Grill - Kernersville

First, the location is good, the food is good. But the service is hit and miss! It is not consistent, sometimes I go there and it goes fast and sometimes it takes quite a lot of time! It looks like they don't have enough staff, but what I don't understand is why if there aren't many employees, the other employees who sometimes just walk around don't help? One day I waited for more than 10-15 minutes to order I was first in the line! Everything's okay! It's not the same when I go!

Absolutely horrible and terrible customer service! This specific store has been going downhill for awhile and this last visit puts the nail in the coffin! This store has no consistency when making food and employees have very little care of what's going on! Multiple employees have some of the worst attitudes along with having portion control issues with their food items. If you want food in Kernersville, spend your money somewhere else!

This location is hit or miss most of the time. Sometimes when you go they?re out of chips, or there?s no ice in the soda machine and when you ask for it they never come out to fill it, and the last time I visited this location there was a fly in with all the food. The staff is sometimes friendly, and other times not. The food is usually good, though. Like I said, hit or miss. Could be good, could be bad, you just have to try it.

It used to be a comfort food when I was in college; however, the servers/employees here have become stingy with the portions, I mean they have raised the price but the portions doesn?t reflect it, I expect to have more than a few pieces of steak or chicken and also the rice.. I mean come on, at least beef up the rice portion of the employees are counting the pieces of meat in the bowl or burritos. Will not be eating here again. It was good while it lasted.

If I could do no stars I would but I?m forced to choose one. Once upon a time they used to serve proper portions. Now they barley get any food in the scoops. This looks like I ate half but seriously why he so stingey with your customers? We?re paying full price. Also this is supposed to be double steak. What a horrible place and even worse customer service. Bunch of stuck up individuals nor ready to serve
