Pizza Hut - Kenwood Estates

I ordered a large hand-tossed pizza, but received a thin and crispy one instead. When I called to address the issue, the person on the phone claimed he had made it himself and insisted it was hand-tossed. However, I pointed out that it was actually thin and crispy, with a crunchy and thin crust. He didn't seem to be bothered by my complaint and simply apologized.

This Pizza Hut is in need of some love and attention. It is evident that the restaurant is not well-maintained as soon as you walk in. There is a noticeable unpleasant smell, the entrance door is barely functional, the ceiling and floors appear dirty and damaged, and there are often homeless people loitering outside. It gives off a negative vibe overall.
