Monical's Pizza - Kentland

Nothing memorable here. Mozzarella sticks were nasty. Bread sticks did not have good flavor. Pizza is thin crust and decent. This place needs some help.

The food was great! The veggie pizza is my favorite ????. They took our order but never told us how long it was going to be. We waited in the lobby and after awhile I just asked and it was done. I don't know for how long but it was still warm. Thebreadsticks aren't very good. They don't have alot of flavor. We didn't eat all of them. The sauce turned sour the next day. Idon't know what is up with that. Other than that it was good.

I stopped to grab pizza for a five-hour road trip home, and I must say, the customer service here is the best I've experienced at any Monical's Pizza location. I highly recommend stopping by!

Order canceled! After waiting for 90 minutes (30 minutes past the estimated delivery time), we got a call from the restaurant asking if we wanted garlic butter on our breadsticks—only they had already added it. Then, after waiting another 30 minutes, we called them and were informed that it would be an additional hour because the delivery driver was still out. They deliver based on location, not the order time. I will never order from them again!

We visited to celebrate my mom’s 85th birthday, and they had everything beautifully set up and ready for us. The service was fantastic! We love Monical's. Thank you for everything!
