Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Kent

The staff members are not attentive and the owners do not prioritize the well-being of their employees. They are only concerned with making a profit and would not bat an eye if the place was on fire. You will leave feeling dissatisfied.

I ordered takeout from DoorDash and received confirmation of the order. When I arrived at the designated pick-up time, I did not immediately check my order. The status on the DoorDash app said it was prepared, so I waited an additional 20 minutes. Eventually, an employee asked if I was waiting for an order, and informed me that they were working on it. They had not contacted me to let me know about the delay. Despite the lack of peak business and four employees on hand, I did not receive a notification about the status of my order.

The food was extremely fresh and tasty. We ordered the salads and smoothies. The wait time was short, even though the restaurant seemed quite busy.

They put sugar in there. I thought it was just healthy fruits and vegetables, and it doesn't say that on menu board. but the workers were very good.

Delicious food! I will come back for a smoothie and food.
