Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Kent

I would like a shout out to one of the employee working yesterday (03 31 21). Thalila was very proactive, persistent, and accurate with customer service. She had ensured the orders came swiftly and correct. My co workers and I appreciate her customer service heeey girl!!

Love their smoothies and cafe, just the teenage girl employers need to work on their customer service and professionalism both over the phone and in person. We understand Business may be busy but no reason to be rude to customers and still have them waiting until you feel free at any given time when they are free. Also goofing off on the phone is not right, everything in the background can be heard including rude remarks and their laughing.

Love the smoothies they dont taste super sweet like most places! Way healthier for sure. The food is fresh everything has been wonderful my new favorite place.

Today (04/23/2019) was my 2nd time in. The first time I had ordered just a smoothie. So then today (I suck, I didn’t ask for his name) the employee was SUPER helpful and SUPER nice! Everything that he suggested was delicious: Cali Flatbread and Pomegranate Smoothie. Thank you so much! I never do review but I just had to put that out there! Best customer service!

Give at least 10 minutes per smoothie on a good day. It’s going on 16 minutes and I’m still waiting right now, just for one smoothie. Finally got it after asking for my money back, she then blended my smoothie in 30 seconds after me waiting 21 minutes. Never coming back!
