The manager, Halie, instructed us to wait 15 minutes for a fresh bun. The cashier didn't know how to operate the credit card machine, so after a long explanation, we had to wait in line again. When I finally received my order, I realized it was not the fresh bun I had been promised. When I called to inquire about it, the manager told me to come back for a replacement. It seemed like she purposely gave me the old bun, even though I don't eat processed food like that.

This restaurant deserves only 5 stars because the food is so good. However, they need to improve their drive-thru and parking lot situation. Half of the time, it is impossible to even find a parking spot because people are illegally parked, blocking the two busy roads while waiting for the drive-thru. They should also disable mobile orders if they are unable to fulfill them in a timely manner. The whole point of a mobile order is to skip the long lines at the drive-thru. Using COVID as an excuse to keep the lobby closed two years later is not acceptable. They need to implement a new system or hire a new staff to improve operations.

We arrived at the restaurant tonight to find that they were short staffed, so the lobby was closed. However, the general manager, Jennifer, kindly informed us of the situation and offered to drive us to our table in her own vehicle when she saw we were halfway through the door. She even escorted me to the restroom and made sure I was taken care of. Jennifer went above and beyond in providing exceptional service and customer care. We are very thankful for all her help tonight! Thank you for making our experience one of the best we've had anywhere!

I like this place. it is as if the two in the racine city, wisconsin, but I would always make them to their order and biggest piecken chicken just in case because they served us thet before TOO,JUST once, butz. we do not know that it sounds and free since is that they are not the doors for customs to come inside. What is this unfair to make customs? it is as if it were for everything we need to kill the people who are. the two POPEYE scenes in racine city wisconsin are simply not clean and are much more than what they were on marquette and 9th st. not that we have the revenge on the table, and the managers do not bump on either.

I love the food! It is all very tasty,. However, the service from the staff is well below average. They have been rude to me, even ignoring my presence for over 5mina.
