Skippers Seafood 'n Chowder - Kennewick

If you're craving fish, Skippers is the place to go! I kicked off my meal with their incredible clam chowder. It’s absolutely delicious—the flavor of the clams really hits you, and the rich, creamy broth is simply divine. The fish I had was perfectly deep-fried, with a light and crispy batter that had no excess grease. Kudos to the chef for preparing such a fantastic dish! The restaurant is clean, and the staff are super friendly. I highly recommend visiting on a Tuesday for a great dining experience at this five-star restaurant!

Absolutely fantastic! We're heading out for an hour and a half, but honestly, you'll be just fine if you take a moment to consider it. Truly the best!

I'm really glad I returned here. The service was warm and welcoming, and the food was delicious. I ordered a 4-piece combo with chowder and coleslaw, while my daughter had a 2-piece version. I haven't visited in a few years, although my wife and daughter used to come here frequently. The restaurant looks unchanged, which brought back fond memories of my wife, who passed away a year and four months ago. The familiar setting made me feel as though she was with us. I sincerely hope they never close; they always provide such great food and service.

Went for clam strips and all expectations met! The prices are reasonable and the restaurant was clean. The manager is friendly and resolved a minor issue we had with our order. We can't say as much for the lackluster indifferent floor staff she had working for her that day, meaning if you have an issue go straight to the manager. My husband had the Captain's Platter combo. He liked the variety and only comment was that the chowder was a little bland before seasoning and not as thick as you'd expect chowder to be. He added crackers and pepper and was happy. We'll go back.
