I attempted to call the 800 number multiple times with no answer and was unable to leave a voice message due to the mailbox not being set up. I'm disappointed and disgusted by this experience.
I haven 't even gotten my order yet and see already why the reviews are so bad. Firstly it says the location opens at 10 a.m., according to both Google and Sbarro 's private website. Apparently they open at 11 instead and just won 't update their store hours online. So I tried to order online, the website wouldn 't let me. After 3 calls somebody finally answered and said the soonest I could get a pizza was at 11:30 because I have to worry about the mall customers first he claimed. If I hadn 't wanted this pizza from fond memories of my youth I would have abandoned the idea altogether. Most folks won 't wait NINETY MINUTES after their website claims they open to the public for a pizza. It 'll likely be the only time I eat here. No wonder most of them in America have went out of business.
Well since you have NO working phone and NO working website options I guess I'll have to take my money and buy pizza somewhere else. Very unprofessional
Leticia was the cashier today and was extremely rude!!!! If you expect people to return you should really train your staff to be polite and not disregard customers when they have a request.
Mine and my fiancé first time here and it was the worst experience ever. The lady that was serving us was extremely rude and had so much attitude. I tried ordering Stromboli but they were out. So I let my fiancé order first since I didn’t know what to order just yet, he just ordered two pizzas combo. Then I decided to get the spaghetti and meatballs combo but they didn’t have meatballs how convenient!? So I asked if they were out or they just haven’t made any because I was willing to wait. And the rude lady just said they haven’t made any and rolled her eyes at me when I asked if they can make some. Which still didn’t make any sense, it was a busy day at the mall and they didn’t have any meatballs out. I know I won’t be the only customer who would want meatballs so why didn’t they have some cook make them if they were clearly out? So while my meatballs were getting made we decided to pay, the cashier was nice and friendly. She asked us if it was separate or together and we told her together but she started talking to her coworkers and not really paying attention to us. She then asked what soda we wanted, we let her know but once again she started talking to her coworkers so she didn’t hear us and asked again what we wanted to drink. So we let her know again and the rude lady serving us interrupted and asked the cashier if she charged my spaghetti and the cashier said no and the server looks at me and rudely with attitude told me “you didn’t let her know about your food.” I’m sorry but my experiences in other food industries, they know what the customer ordered I shouldn’t have tell my cashier what i ordered. Maybe this place needs better communication and better staff. Overall they charged our food separately and only charged one of our food as a combo and got no soda because she didn’t hear us, obviously they were too busy speaking to each other. We were so irritated that we didn’t even bother to try to get another soda. I’m never planning to come back here again.
